Consider local washing with a damp cloth or by gently rubbing the surface of the textile if your garment gets dirty. If sanitised by machine-wash, avoid any form of fabric softener, and make sure to use wool-specific detergent. Always ensure your wool piece dries flat, and preferably, lies flat and folded when not in use.
