Production Manager
Production Manager
We are seeking a passionate, problem-solving Production Manager to drive operational sustainability with excellence within our dynamic, international and up-cycling production environment.
As Production Manager at HODAKOVA, you will take end-to-end ownership of our production lifecycle—from initial order placement to final delivery. Acting as the strategic link between global suppliers, internal stakeholders, and logistics partners, you will ensure seamless, high-quality execution. Key Responsibilities
Overseeing production across Ready-to-Wear (RTW) and Accessories (Footwear and Bags), your duties will include:
Production & Supply Chain Management
- End-to-End Monitoring: Oversee procurement from SMS approval through to final warehouse delivery.
- Capacity Booking: Manage and secure sampling and production capacities with manufacturing partners.
- Order Execution: Launch and manage production orders strictly in line with the agreed critical path and schedule.
- Core Inventory Optimization: Ensure continuous supply and pipeline optimization for core HODAKOVA items (Belts, Black Suit Pants, Black Knitwear, Chinos, and Shirts).
- Material Procurement: Manage bulk raw material purchasing and logistics as required.
- Labeling & Packaging: Author and order production care labels; select and update packaging manuals for designated categories.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Design-to-Production Handover: Partner closely with the Design team to ensure a smooth transition from sampling to production, assisting with technical development when necessary.
- Timeline Alignment: Collaborate with manufacturers and design teams to meet fit approval dates according to the seasonal production calendar.
- Logistics & Warehousing: Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure all raw materials and components are delivered to assigned factories on time.
- Financial Oversight: Partner with the Finance department to ensure all invoicing, costings, and budgets remain accurate and up to date.
Quality, Cost, & Supplier Relations
- Supplier Partnerships: Establish, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with regional and international suppliers and manufacturers.
- Commercial Negotiation: Lead negotiations regarding minimum order quantities (MOQs), lead times, and manufacturing challenges.
- Cost Optimization: Continuously analyze pricing structures and propose cost-improvement solutions to the CEO while maintaining HODAKOVA’s premium quality standards.
- Quality Control: Coordinate comprehensive QC processes, ensuring all goods are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment.
Leadership & Strategy
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and expand the production team, driving the recruitment process for new talent.
- Status Reporting: Provide comprehensive weekly production updates to keep internal teams informed of the work flow, potential risks, delays, or cancellations.
Your Profile
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in fashion production management.
- Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of RTW, CMT (Cut, Make, Trim), and Accessories (Footwear & Bags) manufacturing processes.
- Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office; experience with Zedonk (or similar fashion ERP systems) is highly preferred.

Accountant Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile, autonomous, and proactive Full-Time Accountant to manage our end-to-end financial operations. In a small business environment, every detail matters. You will take full ownership of our daily bookkeeping, payroll, tax compliance, and financial reporting. Working directly with the Managing Director/Founder, you will play a critical role in keeping our business financially healthy, organized, and compliant, offering clear insights to support our growth.
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Bookkeeping: Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), billing, and expense tracking.
- Month-End & Year-End Closing: Perform balance sheet reconciliations, monthly journal entries, and prepare the company books for annual closing.
- Payroll & HR Administration: Oversee monthly payroll processing, employee expense reimbursements, and benefit tracking.

As a Design & Atelier Intern you will play a vital role in supporting both the creative design team and the technical hands-on atelier. This position bridges the gap between initial sketches and the final physical garment. You will gain immersive experience in sustainable processes, upcycling, high-end RTW development and couture creation. You will focus on garment creation,construction, draping, sample development, in-house production and studio organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Toiling & Draping Support: Assist the atelier team in creating initial 3D prototypes, draping and construction.
- Garment Alterations & Sewing: Perform high-quality hand and machine sewing for samples, in-house production, mock-ups, and handcrafting elements. Assist with garment alterations during fit sessions.
