HODAKOVA AB, company registration number 559250-4459 (also referred to as "we", "us" and "our"), at Valhallavägen 162, 115 24 Stockholm, Sweden, is responsible for the processing of your personal data (data controller).
3. General information about the personal data we process about you
3.1 Personal data that you have given us access to or that we have collected from you
You give us access to certain information about you when you shop at hodakova.com and when you interact with us in some other way (for example, through our customer service). Examples of personal data are name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, social security number, payment information, purchase and user-generated data/e-commerce activities and IP address.
3.2 Personal data we have collected from third parties
In order to maintain good customer relations, HODAKOVA regularly collects personal data from other locations/other parties (so-called third parties). The information we collect from third parties includes, for example, addresses from public registers to ensure that we have your correct address, as well as credit score information from credit rating agencies or banks.

HODAKOVA may base its processing of your personal data on the following legal bases.
a) Agreements: We process your personal data in order to fulfil the purchase agreement with you as a customer. Based on this legal basis, we process information such as your purchases and how you interact with our customer service.
b) Legitimate interest: Some of the processing of personal data we carry out is based on a legitimate interest. This applies, for example, to the data we process in order to send out personalized offers and to carry out a limited segmentation of customers. MARKETING AND OFFERS
Purpose
Provide personalized experience regarding our services, benefits, and offers by sending newsletters and other marketing to you on hodakova.com and through our partners' channels.
HODAKOVA cooperates with advertising partners such as Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform for advertising in social channels and online advertising such as Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform that enable us to communicate with the right audience and create personalized and relevant ads for you (retargeting).

Purpose
Implementation and management of participation in events and identification and verification of age.

Legitimate interest: This processing is necessary to fulfil our legitimate interest in managing your participation in events.
How long do we store them?
Until the end of the event (including any evaluation/follow-up).
SAFETY
Purpose
Manage purchase agreements, investigate abnormal buying and return behaviors, detect and prevent violations of HODAKOVA.

Legal basis
Legitimate interest: The processing is necessary in order to be able to continuously investigate and prevent crime, such as fraud. The processing of personal data is also necessary from an environmental and sustainability interest. As a starting point, we process the personal data for a period of 1 year, but in some cases we may process the personal data for a longer period of time, for example in the event of long-term abnormal purchase and return behaviour to ensure a correct assessment.
Consent: The processing of personal data collected through cookies is based on your consent.
How long do we store them?
For a period of 24 months after your last purchase to detect and investigate any deviant behavior that may be criminal. Personal data obtained through consent is stored until you withdraw your consent. However, this does not apply if, for example, we are required by law to store or otherwise handle the data.

7. Information regarding cookies

HODAKOVA uses cookies to improve your customer experience and to provide you with relevant information and offers. 8. Who can access your personal data?
Your personal data may be shared for certain purposes with parties who process personal data on our behalf, so-called data processors. We will provide your personal data to the following:
a) Suppliers of IT systems such as Shopify.com and its subcontractors for development and support. These companies provide services, technical solutions and platforms to HODAKOVA.
We also transfer your personal data to independent data controllers:
b) Partners. To handle payments from HODAKOVA's customers, we use suppliers to ensure secure payment solutions.
c) Advertising Partners. HODAKOVA collaborates with advertising partners such as Google for advertising in social media. Our advertising partners use personal data that we provide and that is collected through cookies with your consent. Each advertising partner is the data controller for its respective processing of your personal data.
9. Transfer of personal data to third countries
We always strive to process your data within the EU/EEA. However, in some cases, this data may be transferred to and processed in countries that are not part of the EU/EEA by a supplier or subcontractor. As HODAKOVA is committed to protecting your data at all times, HODAKOVA will take reasonable technical, organisational and appropriate safeguards to ensure that your data is processed securely.
If HODAKOVA does not transfer data on the basis of an adequacy decision pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR, the following appropriate safeguards are taken:
a) Binding Corporate Rules pursuant to Art. 47 GDPR, and/or
b) Standard data protection clauses under Art. 46 GDPR.

10. Your rights
In accordance with applicable data protection legislation, you have a number of rights, which are as follows:
Right of access
You have the right to request information about your personal data stored with us and from where this data has been obtained. All communications and actions taken by HODAKOVA in relation to your rights are provided free of charge. In cases of manifestly unfounded or unreasonable claims, HODAKOVA reserves the right to either charge a reasonable fee to cover the administrative costs of providing this information or to take the requested action, or to refuse to take the requested action.
Right to rectification
You have the right to request that inaccurate personal data concerning you be corrected. Based on the purpose of the processing, you have the right to ensure that incomplete personal data is complete.
Right to erasure
Under certain conditions, for example if the processing is no longer necessary for the purposes stated or if you withdraw your consent, you have the right to request that we erase your personal data.
Right to restriction of processing
In some cases, you also have the right to request that we restrict our processing of your personal data. Restriction means that your personal data is marked so that in the future it may only be processed for certain limited purposes.
